We are looking to solve two problems: 1. There are only 38 primary school music specialists in Scotland yet our generalist primary teachers don't receive training in music delivery which means children have limited exposure to music-making and singing; 2. Scotland's community singing leaders support thousands of individuals at their weekly singing workshops, yet most are freelance without access to affordable, experience-appropriate professional training, peer support, resources and advocacy.

Our vision is "life-enhancing music making for everyone", which means providing inclusive, accessible, and fun opportunities for people of all backgrounds, including those leading this work. Our sector-led support programmes - Scotland Sings for song leaders and Sing for Wellbeing teacher training - will build leadership skills and confidence through training, events, and peer support opportunities. Our Junior Choir serves as a fun opportunity for children to further explore inclusive singing.
