We work in Ysgol Maesincla (Caernarfon) & Ysgol Glancegin, (Bangor) raising expectations & supporting children as they learn to believe in their own abilities & recognise their own potential. The needs of our local families have grown through the cost-of-living crisis, especially here. We need to meet community need for our free, fun, creative & expressive music activities that support people grow skills, self-confidence & wellbeing, & chances for a future, but we need help to keep up with need.
We deliver weekly Welsh language music sessions across Gwynedd to over 1,000 primary school pupils, including after school clubs, samba club, community performances, annual Concerts, school holiday clubs, chances for pupils to enjoy live performances by professional musicians. Codi'r To gives opportunities children here otherwise don’t have, challenging local deprivation, raising expectations and supporting kids as they learn to believe in their own abilities and recognise their own potential.
