We serve an average of 85 free breakfasts each morning, seven days a week, from our café in Central Swindon. The service runs like a normal café with table service and our team of over 70 volunteers welcome guests with warmth and support, offering them a choice of healthy breakfasts.

The problem of homelessness is acute in Swindon and with increasing food and energy costs more people are living in poverty. Homelessness and food poverty severely affect physical and mental health which make it more difficult to get and sustain employment and break the cycle of hardship. This situation has a huge societal impact on health, welfare and emergency services.
Big Breakfast Plus is the only organisation in Swindon providing a free cooked breakfast that is individually ordered and served, providing choice for those with little choice in their lives. We welcome the homeless and those in distress whether through addiction, health or other needs. Our service is a chance to socialise in a warm and safe place and make contact with other support agencies. By satisfying the basic requirement of hunger and society, our guests are better prepared for their day.
