Many young people are vulnerable and struggling - withdrawing from school and their community. 86% of our young people have special educational needs, 61% face social, emotional, or mental health challenges, 57% are neurodivergent and we know that many are affected by Adverse Childhood Events - deeply stressful or traumatic events. Without the right support, anxiety and emotional distress rise, which manifests as shutting down, acting out, disengaging, and not going to school or socialising.

We unlock potential through trauma-informed mentoring, tutoring and transition support to children and young people facing significant challenges. We step in before they fall through the cracks using activities as transformative steps for conversations that empower, build up trust and raise aspirations. This helps them overcome barriers, build confidence and resilience, develop life skills, engage with learning and achieve academically, and reconnect with or transition to school or college.
