We are the only UK charity focused solely on autistic girls and women, working nationwide. When you donate, your gift is doubled. This lets us keep doing what matters: running peer support groups, training professionals and building a community of almost 35,000 members who no longer feel alone.

Autistic girls are diagnosed on average six years later than boys. 80% remain undiagnosed into adulthood. Without understanding their neurology, these girls and women mask constantly, risking burnout. One in four autistic women is hospitalised for mental health reasons. Suicide rates are significantly higher. NHS waits stretch 2-4 years, and post-diagnosis support is scarce: CAMHS offers brief sessions, schools lack expertise, and there are almost no dedicated spaces for these young people.
All our facilitators are neurodivergent and bring lived experience, not textbook knowledge. Peer support groups across the UK create judgement-free spaces where autistic girls finally belong. No pressure to make eye contact, no masking required. We also provide a 35,000-member online community, one-to-one mentoring, post-diagnostic guidance, professional training for schools and, more recently, The Haven Academy for neurodivergent learners experiencing School-Based Anxiety/Distress.
