Powered by young people's voices, this campaign exposes the growing gap between young people’s mental health needs and the available support. It raises vital funds to ensure Beyond’s life saving support continues to be there for young people when it matters most.

There is a serious youth mental health crisis in the UK. One in five young people has a diagnosable mental health condition, yet many receive no timely support. Of the over 1.3 million young people referred to CAMHS, 39% were turned away and more than 78,000 waited over a year for help. Schools are under strain, with 44% of educators lacking training, time or resources. The most vulnerable, including neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ and care-experienced young people, face the greatest barriers to care.
Beyond tackles this challenge by providing free, evidence-based mental health support and education in schools. Our Schools Programme delivers tailored, trauma-informed interventions, while Now and Beyond is a digital platform that offers clinically assured resources to support early identification and prevention. Led and shaped by women and young people from marginalised backgrounds, our work is grounded in lived experience and strengthened by rigorous evaluation and national partnerships.
