We address barriers to accessing high-quality theatre and creative opportunities in Oxfordshire and beyond. By creating site-specific work in non-theatre locations and delivering creativity and confidence-building programmes for young people, we make theatre accessible, relevant and joyful. We do this year round while fairly employing and supporting actors and creatives.

We produce high-quality theatre and prioritise accessibility, offering BSL-interpreted and relaxed performances for every show. In response to the cost-of-living crisis, we provide free and discounted tickets in partnership with community organisations. We also deliver an inclusive education programme that supports young people through creativity, storytelling and confidence-building.
