For many young people, growing up with disadvantage can create barriers to opportunity and wellbeing. In Gloucestershire, limited access to youth services and creative outlets is compounded by rural isolation. Young people referred to our programmes increasingly face mental health challenges and disengagement from education. We've built our charitable purpose around meeting these needs, providing support where it's most needed to help young people thrive.

We harness music's power to transform the lives of young people facing challenging circumstances. Our accessible programs prioritise those with greatest need, with our trauma-informed, strengths-based approach as vital as the activities themselves. We create safe, inclusive spaces where young people express themselves, develop confidence and build meaningful connections. Our team are strong role models with deep understanding of young people's realities, many bringing lived experience.
