As a "Stage for Coventry" we co-create theatre with, by and for the city and region and share it with the world. Our home grown productions come from ideas within the community and involve them in all aspects of the production through concept, research, workshops, production and performance.

We are addressing a lack of opportunity for those from disadvantaged backgrounds across Coventry by developing transferable skills - boosting confidence, social and emotional resilience and improving well-being and mental health. Improving educational outcomes for students and creating new opportunities and career paths for young people. Bringing participants into contact with people across different communities and generations to work together to create projects with a tangible shared outcome.
We believe the arts can change lives. Through a co-created community led approach we create safe spaces and creative opportunities for people to enrich their health, well-being and education. We invest in the talent of our city and region, providing skills development and pathways for creative careers. We produce and present work that reflects and celebrates Coventry's diverse communities, giving them a voice so stories can be shared, and developing theatre based on authentic lived experience.
