Live music heals. It helps people feel relaxed and confident, and can relieve frustration, stress and isolation. It connects staff to the people they care for. Your support can help to share the healing power of live music with people in hospitals and care.

Life with a serious illness can be frightening, exhausting and lonely. The experience can be physically and emotionally traumatic, both for the person who is unwell, and for their loved ones, carers, and health and care staff. Live music has been shown to significantly improve the health and wellbeing of people who are seriously ill, and yet very few hospitals and hospices currently provide live music due to lack of staff capacity, budgets, and a focus on clinical treatments.
No one should have to face a life without music. Your support will enable us to share specially created live music experiences for people living with dementia, mental health problems and serious illnesses in health and care spaces across the UK. Our professional musicians will build genuine connections and adapt experiences to each person's unique needs and tastes, creating meaningful musical moments that will transform people's health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
