1 in 5 children have a probable mental health disorder, and research suggests that excessive use of technology may be a significant contributing factor. UK children spend an average of 4 hours and 54 minutes online every day, where they may be exposed to cyberbullying, inappropriate content, grooming, and online comparison, all of which can negatively affect children’s self-esteem. This combined with a decline in play, is having a catastrophic impact on children’s mental and physical health.

Our workshops titles ' Me and My Screen' help children understand the issues surrounding technology by exploring powerful questions and encouraging self-reflection. They also equip children with practical tools and strategies to achieve a healthy balance with technology and make positive changes. These workshops, coupled with parent education events, can help transform children’s online and offline worlds and optimise their mental health and wellbeing.
