Children’s potential is the same everywhere but opportunities are not. In the areas we select, high-school completion rates can be as low as 3%. Marginalised youth, often excluded from formal education, are held back by poverty, gender barriers, lack of opportunity, and little access to holistic learning. Their innate talents, empathy, and drive go unseen, un-nurtured, excluding children from contributing to the formal economy, the development of their nations and from global citizenship.
We unlock each child’s potential through holistic, future-focused education rooted in our “Head, Heart and Hands” approach. We give marginalised youth, including girls & refugees, high-quality academic development, emotional, social & mental well-being support, plus vocational training aligned to local economies via our SkillsHub. Our Future Leaders programme nurtures character, confidence and moral courage. Through this, young people thrive, become changemakers, and transform their communities.
