1 in 4 of us in 2025 have a mental health issue, 4 in 4 of us are frazzled. The reality is, people don’t admit how hard life can be, so we don’t share how we really feel & let the frazzle build up until we eventually burn out. Research reveals a third of people surveyed in the UK say they prefer not to talk about their mental health & wellbeing rather than risk an awkward conversation. Frazzled wants to create as many opportunities as possible to get talking - sharing is often half the cure.
Frazzled exists in a critical middle space where little else exists - we cant fix people, but we can come alongside them every single day of the year, including Christmas Day to offer relief. Free of charge, a warm space to share, dignity, consistency & choice. We focus on human connection, without labelling. Attendees tell us our meetings are the first time they’ve felt able to speak without fear of judgement. Mental health services are stretched and often only accessible in a crisis.
