Instruments of Time and Truth’s aims for the future are ambitious, as we aim to continue to act as a pivotal agent for the musical community of Oxford, through continuing to bring innovative baroque and classical performances and educational opportunities to the city.

There is a need for a local historical performance orchestra in Oxford: - To act as a central point in the city’s musical community, through collaborations with the local community, including schools and choral societies. - To offer opportunities to hear lesser performed baroque and romantic music - For education programmes which enable learning from high level historical performance musicians and professional experience for emerging professionals.
