We urgently need funding to sustain our team and expand our programs, which engage vulnerable young people through mentoring, youth clubs, anti-knife crime initiatives, and social action at our shop. Oxygen supports youth across Kingston, Richmond, and surrounding boroughs.

Oxygen provide individualised support to tackle disengagement from education, mental health crisis and other challenges which have come about as a result of unmet needs. We support young people to overcome a barriers such as crime and offending; deprivation; mental health needs and Special Educational Needs. We receive more than 100 referrals each year for young people who are vulnerable or in need of specific support, often with high needs.
Our skilled staff and volunteers, all with lived experience of the challenges young people face, provide support. We focus on mentoring where positive adults build strong relationships, helping young people improve well-being, achieve goals, or overcome specific challenges. Our creative engagement strategies, including volunteering in our shop and online interaction, effectively draw young people in and keep them engaged.
