This Christmas help us bring people together across Surrey through our inclusive community groups that tackle loneliness and support physical and mental wellbeing. From women’s support, LGBTQ+ spaces and gardening groups, we create safe, welcoming places where people can connect, heal and belong.

1 in 4 people in the UK experience poor mental health and often lack access to inclusive community support. This can lead to isolation, unemployment, poor physical health and an increased risk of crisis. Christmas can be especially difficult with around 3.1 million adults in England experiencing loneliness “often or always”. Belonging to a supportive, inclusive community helps us feel seen and valued. It boosts our emotional wellbeing, improves physical health and strengthens our resilience.
We want to expand our free, inclusive wellbeing groups across Surrey to meet local demand and reduce waitlists. Our groups fill a gap in accessible, safe spaces and offer individually-tailored support which reduces isolation, builds confidence and improves wellbeing. From therapeutic gardening to peer support for women, LGBTQ+ people and ethnically diverse communities we provide a place where people can connect, recover and thrive.
