Across our county families with children under 5 are facing challenges affecting their ability to meet their children’s needs and impacting their life outcomes. All are facing challenges such as mental health issues, isolation, poverty, disability, bereavement, multiple and traumatic births, domestic abuse or other trauma. Many families have multiple, complex needs. Thresholds for statutory services and support are ever increasing, and so we stand alongside families, often when no-one else is.
Our non-judgemental, confidential suite of support options includes weekly volunteer led home-visiting, group family work, remote support & a specialist parent-child relationship therapy provision. We invest time in truly understanding the circumstances of each family so that we can tailor a support plan to deliver impactful outcomes. We empower parents to raise their children to flourish whilst balancing the management of their own health & wellbeing needs. We can & do change lives.
