We give parents, teachers and communities tools to help young people before a mental health crisis hits. Early intervention is key to preventing problems in later life. We empower children’s support networks to spot concerns early, talk openly and build lasting resilience for brighter futures.

One in five 8 to 25-year-olds in England have a probable mental health disorder. That’s over 2 million children and young people. For each one, there’ll be parents, siblings and others who are deeply affected and desperate to help. 75% of mental health problems start before the age of 24. If problems are not addressed as young brains develop, they can become ingrained in our identity and neurology, and far harder to break free from later in life, causing distress, hardship and lost potential.

Seeing a child in your care begin to struggle with anxiety, depression or other mental health issues is scary. It’s worse if you don’t know how to help. We give parents, carers, teachers and communities knowledge, skills and confidence to identify problems, open conversations and get the right support. Because looking after young people’s mental wellbeing today builds stronger futures for them tomorrow.
