Held In Our Hearts provide vital care to bereaved families after the loss of a baby, infant or child. Through our early-intervention Hospital to Home support, counselling, peer support and community events we are fighting to ensure no one in Scotland is alone when their baby dies.

Losing a baby is an extraordinary loss and isolating experience. Grief is individual for everyone and we believe support should be flexible to accommodate these differing needs. All the support we offer is free to access for families. Held In Our Hearts exists to ensure no one faces this heartbreak alone, offering specialist, compassionate, baby loss counselling and peer support to help families navigate life after loss.
We provide specialist early intervention support through our "opt-ou" Hospital to Home service, we reach in so that bereaved families do not have to reach out. We offer free baby loss counselling, peer support and community events which allow families to be supported by specialist care providers who have lived experience and find community.
