George House Trust supports people who face HIV stigma and discrimination which is further compounded by their race, gender and sexual identity. Whilst there has been tremendous progress in education there is much more work to do. Help us to create a world where HIV holds no one back.

Proudly in our 40th year anniversary, George House Trust has worked tirelessly to support people in Manchester and Liverpool living with HIV to feel less isolated, less stigmatised and empowered to live in a world where HIV holds no one back. Offering services such as intensive support to those who struggle to engage in treatment, peer mentoring to reduce isolation and counselling to those who may be struggling with their diagnosis and mental health around that.
We are a service user centred organisation, with a diverse team offering a comprehensive range of services and advocacy that supports people to live well with HIV. We educate employers in all industries on how to be positive employers for their staff as well as customers where relevant. This means people living with HIV can feel assured that their employers know about HIV, U=U (undetectable = untransmittable) and language that is and isn't appropriate.
