This Christmas, help us celebrate 60 years of progress and fund the future of migraine research. Your gift will help us invest in fellowships, real-life research, and the work that drives long-term change for the 10 million people affected by migraine in the UK.

Migraine is a common neurological condition, affecting around 10 million people in the UK, mostly women. It causes severe pain, nausea, sensory issues, and fatigue, which can sometimes last for days. It’s a leading cause of disability among working-age adults. Yet migraine remains under-recognised, underfunded, and often misunderstood. There is currently no cure, and for many, treatment options are limited, ineffective, or difficult to access.
Research is essential to improving life for people with migraine. At The Migraine Trust, we fund research from clinical Fellowships that grow future expertise to studies shaped by lived experience. Your donation will fund research and the essential work around it. Together, we can build a future where people with migraine are better understood, better treated, and no longer left behind.
