In a divided community, a local election unravels when everyone spoils their ballots. Gathering in a pub, locals and politicians clash. Funny, bold and heart-warming, Our Public House is built from real voices across England, asking: what future can we imagine together?

People across the UK feel ignored by politics, unable to voice their concerns or shape change. Many feel isolated or excluded, particularly those from marginalised communities - including refugees, prisoners, and Deaf people. This leads to apathy, division and a fractured national identity.
We’ve created a powerful new play rooted in speech writing workshops held across England with marginalised voices. Touring to six regions in 2026, Our Public House invites audiences to reflect, laugh and connect around the big issues of our time. Performances feature BSL, live music, and local participants.
