In our recent visitor survey: 55% reported financial limitations kept them from outdoor breaks 93% reported missing these outdoor activities negatively impacted their physical health 65% disabled children are unable to meet recommended activity levels 92% reported time outdoors positively affected their mental well-being
We are a specialist residential centre outside Keswick, where people with disabilities experience adventure, ambition and achievement, far beyond societal perceptions of disability. We welcome guests with disabilities and their families, who enjoy the benefits of outdoor activities in a safe and accessible, yet challenging environment. We work with our disabled guests to encourage them to reach their full potential, building confidence and resilience that extends into their daily lives.
