Holidays mean hunger for so many children living in London, yet hundreds of thousands of tonnes of good, nutritious food goes to waste. Help The Felix Project to rescue and deliver enough food for 675,000 meals this Christmas.

Every year, millions of tonnes of food goes to waste. Meanwhile, in London alone, 400,000 children are at risk of going to bed hungry every night. The cost of food has gone up by 30% over the last three years, and hard working families are struggling to afford the basics. 67% of teachers expect at least one student in their class to experience hunger during the school holidays. For hundreds of thousands of children, holidays mean hunger.
The Felix Project is London's largest food redistribution charity. We work with over 300 suppliers to rescue good, nutritious food that is at risk of going to waste, and deliver it to over 400,000 people through a network of 1200 community organisations. Last year, we delivered enough food for 38 million meals; this year, we want to do even more for those in need, particularly children who are so vulnerable to the effects of food insecurity.
