With 1/3 of London’s young children living in poverty, this Christmas families will face impossible choices between eating & heating, let alone buying gifts. Together, we can bring joy to children and their parents by delivering festive bundles including cosy clothes, pyjamas, toys & gift wrapping.

Raising a child in London is becoming increasingly unaffordable, with more and more families facing the worry and stress of poverty. Mums and dads are concerned about how to put food on the table and buy warm winter clothing; when things are so tight, any festive trimmings to help make those first precious memories can feel out of reach. Every parent wants to make Christmas a time of joy, but two thirds of the families we support are worried about how they can afford a gift for their children.

In the lead up to Christmas, parents who are struggling are welcomed into one of our high street baby banks dotted around London to choose pre-loved toys, clothes and books for their babies and children. Our team of volunteers will also help hundreds more families by carefully packing festive ‘bundles of joy’ for home delivery, tailoring each bundle and wrapping them with love, care and attention, so more babies and children in London have the things they need to make Christmas memories.
