The Branch exists to draw alongside those seeking help, breakdown barriers, unlock potential and create opportunity, tackling commonly experienced local challenges of domestic abuse, debt and poor mental health. We work with compassion, creativity and collaboration at the heart of the community.

We serve an area which includes the most deprived neighbourhood in West Oxfordshire (IMD2019) where individuals and families are failing to thrive due to barriers including: -Child Income Deprivation in the worst 20% nationally, -Skills & attainment levels in the worst 10% nationally -High levels of domestic abuse reported -Countylines drug dealing & child exploitation is prevalent -Rural Isolation means a 30 mile round trip bus journey to Witney/Banbury/Oxford to access support services.
The Branch: a central community hub in Chipping Norton which addresses rural isolation. We partner and innovate to fill gaps in need and deliver essential services, with a focus on early intervention, to overcome challenges and enable people of all ages to thrive. The Branch's trauma-informed holistic approach helps raise self-esteem and restore a sense of agency, building hope for those who access any of the 31 programmes we partner to deliver, so that lives may be transformed.
