This time of year can be incredibly difficult for some people - especially those already struggling with anxiety, depression or loneliness. Added to this, the stress of family gatherings, work events, financial pressure or recent bereavement can make the festive season unbearable for those already under pressure.
By providing consistent weekly counselling with the same highly trained counsellor to adults and teenagers over 13 years, Tilehouse offers a safe place and the resilience tools necessary to cope with the season and to prevent crisis.
