We are raising funds for our knife crime prevention work, including knife crime prevention workshops for children aged 10-16, workshops for teachers, carers, parents and youth workers, and our anti-knife crime campaigns. This work is vital now: knife crime has increased 78% in the last 10 years.

Knife crime levels across the UK have increased, with 54,587 Police-recorded offences involving a knife or sharp instrument (up to December 2024). An 87% increase in the past 10 years. Fearful for their safety, more young people report carrying knives. over the past ten years, the number of teenagers killed with a knife or sharp object has increased by a shocking 240%, from 22 to 53. This leads to a vicious circle where young people decide to carry a knife for protection, and then end up in trou

We run anti-knife crime workshops for children, aged 10-16, in London In these, young people learn about the dangers of knife crime and how to keep themselves, and others, safe. We run workshops and provide online resources to empower teachers, practitioners, parents and carers to better understand knife crime, and how they can prevent young people from getting involved in knife crime. Finally, we run campaigns so everyone understands their role in knife crime prevention.
