Warm Welcome is a campaign with a huge ambition - to give everyone in the UK access to a free, safe and inclusive Warm Welcome Space, bringing people together and connecting communities. We are open to all, especially those experiencing loneliness or struggling with the cost of living crisis. The Warm Welcome Campaign is proud to have Sky Cares as their Pledge Partner for the Big Give Christmas Campaign, standing alongside Warm Welcome to help create spaces of connection, comfort, and community across the UK this winter

Two in every ten adults and about three in every ten children live in poverty - that’s a shocking 14.4 million people overall. In 2022, nearly half of UK adults had reported feeling lonely at some point, with 7% experiencing chronic loneliness. There are half a million more people who report feeling lonely often or always than there were before the pandemic. Those who are disadvantaged are more likely to experience persistent loneliness (including LGBTQ people, unemployed etc).
Connecting and championing a network of over 5300 Spaces including libraries, community centres, faith spaces, and more. We bring together a growing coalition of local, regional, and national partners, unlocking the power of community spaces and creating a thriving network of hope and reconnection. Social connection is at the heart of every warm space, new friendships are forged, meals are shared, and where people are happy to spend time together, reducing isolation and improving their wellbeing
