At Acosta Dance Foundation, we believe dance has the power to change lives. Our programme empowers 30 exceptionally talented dancers aged 18-30 with the training, funding, and platforms they need to create bold new work, launch careers, and contribute fresh voices to the UK dance landscape.

Countless talented young dancers see their dreams slowly fade as lack of money, support and opportunity block their path. Even top graduates struggle to find paid work after years of training, trapped in costly auditions and unstable freelance jobs. This cruel cycle not only wastes potential but also robs us of more inclusive, diverse dance stories that need to be seen and heard. Young dancers are left without guidance, support or prospects.

With two years of success, the Acosta Dance Foundation breaks down these barriers through Acosta Dance Foundation Young Artists Programme by providing FREE training, mentoring, and performance opportunities. Through our Advanced Training Hub, Choreographic Fellowship, and Residencies, dancers gain expert guidance, support, and real prospects with no costs for classes, audition prep, or creative development. Young dancers are finally given the chance to create, perform and be seen.
