Muscular Dystrophy is a progressive, life-limiting condition with no cure. Families often face isolation, uncertainty, and limited support. The Muscle Help Foundation exists to bring joy, boost confidence, and create lasting memories through personalised Muscle Dream experiences—offering vital emotional uplift at a time when families need hope, connection, and strength the most.
MHF delivers highly personalised experiences—Muscle Dreams—to children and young people aged 8–28. These life-enhancing moments are carefully co-designed with each family to improve wellbeing, boost confidence, and reduce isolation. No two experiences are the same. Whether it’s driving a Ferrari, meeting a sports hero, or enjoying a day tailored entirely around a young person’s passion, each Muscle Dream is about joy, identity, and empowerment.
