Our Christmas for All appeal will raise £100,000 for the work of St James's. We provide 5,471 hours of free therapy, 4,810 hot meals, and support for 35 asylum seekers—meeting urgent needs with dignity and care for people in central London facing homelessness, trauma, and exclusion.

In central London, rates of homelessness, food poverty, and social isolation remain among the highest in the country. Meanwhile, access to mental health support for people in crisis is increasingly limited. Our social outreach programmes—Asylum and Refugee Support, Mental Health Counselling, and Food Outreach—respond to these intersecting crises by addressing the urgent material and emotional needs of people who are often overlooked in our community. These services are needed now more than ever.

The work of St James's supports London's vulnerable communities through services such as meals and clothing to homeless individuals; support and community-building for asylum seekers and refugees; free mental health counselling, providing over 5,000 therapy hours annually; weekly free lunchtime concerts to elevate social isolation, especially for the vulnerable and elderly. Through these integrated services, we create a network of care that addresses immediate needs and long-term well-being.
