With no functioning universities inside the completely decimated Gaza strip, teachers & students displaced & scattered, & thousands of health workers, teachers & other professionals killed or missing, Gaza's society has been regressed by about 70 years according to estimates. Replacing at least some of these professionals through completed education in as many academic fields as possible is critical to the persistence, recovery & future of Palestinian society in Gaza once the violence ends.

We will work with partners already successfully involved in helping final year students displaced inside or outside Gaza complete their degrees whether through distance or in person learning at participating universities outside Gaza. Scholarships that contribute towards living expenses, fees & other essential needs of displaced final year students will facilitate the fastest provision of professionals in a wide range of academic disciplines to help replaced those killed or missing due to war.
