• People at the end of life with complex medical needs can face the unwelcome prospect of spending their last Christmas in hospital, away from everything that is familiar to them. Some people at the end of life want to die in the hospice, others want to die at home. • People at the end of life need to know that they will have access to excellent palliative care, die peacefully in the place of their choice, and be with their family.

• The Hospice’s Inpatient Unit provides outstanding specialist palliative care & symptom management that keeps patients pain-free & as comfortable as possible & gives opportunity to enjoy Christmas with their families. Families can stay overnight at the Hospice & celebrate Christmas together. • Alternatively, our Care at Home provides outstanding specialist palliative care & symptom management keeping patients pain-free & as comfortable as possible to enjoy Christmas with their family at home.
