Too many young people feel unsafe in their communities. Some are carrying knives for protection, being exploited by older peers, or struggling with fear and trauma. Services often miss them until crisis point. Without trusted relationships and early support, they face escalating risks - including exclusion, violence, or long-term harm. Families are overwhelmed, and schools are stretched. These young people need someone consistent to guide them towards safety and hope.

We provide early intervention for young people at risk of violence, gangs or exploitation. Through ongoing support from trained staff and volunteers, we build trust, boost self-worth and offer a safe space to talk. Our consistent, relational model helps young people manage conflict, reduce risky behaviour, and take positive steps - whether that’s re-engaging with school, accessing help, rebuilding relationships, or choosing a safer path forward. Families benefit too.
