The creative industries are a key driver of economic growth, contributing over £124bn annually to the UK economy. However, a lack of investment in diverse talent risks stifling innovation, limiting perspectives, and reducing the industry’s global competitiveness. The UK’s international reputation for theatre, television, and film is built on talent pipelines that must be maintained and expanded, particularly in the wake of funding cuts to arts education at the secondary school level.

RADA and its graduates have a long-established and far-reaching track record of excellence, making an essential contribution to the UK’s creative industries and to maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Support for RADA will allow us to continue training the most promising actors and theatre-makers to the highest standard and help fund critical investments in our training – ensuring that graduates are industry-ready and able to make a lasting impact in their chosen fields.
