Young people globally face major challenges. Our work tackles: •Inequitable access to sport and in particular, cricket, across race, gender, religion and class •Poor mental and physical wellbeing •Social issues like gang violence, refugee integration, and domestic abuse •Limited opportunities in deprived areas

We use cricket for inclusion, empowerment, and positive change through: •Free to access Cricket Hubs: coaching, match play, free kit and transport •Match play: player and talent development •Coach Education: Upskill coaches through accredited training and mentoring •Cricket+: mental health and life-skills •Female participation: 50% globally •Refugee support •Cricket Changemakers: Equip youth to lead positive change and tackle local issues •Playbooks: practical guides help coaches
