Help us transform education, so young people can shape a more sustainable world. We support today’s students to become tomorrow’s climate leaders – ready to inspire their friends, spark conversations at home, lead action in their communities and push for bold, systemic change.

Our education system helped cause the climate and nature crisis – we want to turn it into the solution. Two thirds of students feel hopeless about climate change. They have contributed the least to the climate and nature crises, but they know that they will face the most severe impacts, with wildfires, deadly storms and floods their new normal, along with an even more unequal world. Yet still, our education system does not equip young people to become the future climate leaders we need.
At SOS UK, we want to transform education systems so that sustainability becomes a core part of every student’s journey, from the day they start school through to the day they leave education. We work together with brilliant young people to change the education they experience, and support them to campaign for wider change. In doing so, we will shape a generation that values a green, fair future – future leaders who will drive sustainable businesses and influence governments.
