PACT is launching the ‘Small Lives Matter’ campaign to raise £40,000 to develop dedicated wildlife recovery paddocks for rescued wild animals. These safe, enriched spaces will allow over 300 hedgehogs, rabbits, hares, and birds to recover from injury and return to the wild each year

Wildlife admissions are increasing every year, particularly for small mammals and birds who are: • Injured in road collisions • Orphaned due to habitat destruction • Found in distress as urbanisation spreads into natural areas Yet these animals — hedgehogs, hares, jackdaws, magpies, crows — are often overlooked in funding and infrastructure.

By ensuring our facilities are at the best standard possible, we can provide the highest level of care to our patients. With species appropriate enclosures, limited human interaction and specialist veterinary care we can continue to help Norfolk's wildlife.
