We will provide economic empowerment for displaced women and girls in refugee camps. Many of them have entrepreneurial skills such as in livestock-raising, but no financial resources. We will provide support for vocational training, micro-enterprises, and skills training in tailoring.

Beneficiaries
Women and girls have been displaced by violent conflict and have lost everything. Many of them have been living in very difficult conditions in refugee camps for 5-6 years. They are desperate to regain their economic independence and to leave the camps. With the recent loss of funding from USAID, people are no longer receiving food aid. Malnutrition is becoming widespread in children and people are suffering a lot.
We will provide durable solutions to the displacement crisis by allowing beneficaries to become active economic actors within their host communities. We will promote self-employment, build environmentally-sustainable entrepreneurial skills, provide training in micro-commerce and income generation and help women and girls to prepare for voluntary return to their communities where this is safe.
