Homelessness is rising sharply, with around 187,000 homeless or vulnerably housed people in London (Shelter, 2024). In 2023/24, 11,993 people were recorded sleeping rough (CHAIN), a 19% rise from the previous year. 7,974 were new rough sleepers (up 25%), and 35% had multiple support needs around mental health, drugs or alcohol. 29% had been in prison, showing the deep links between homelessness, health, and the justice system.

We support homeless people to get off, and stay off, the streets by helping them to: -Access accommodation and understand their entitlements. -Access essential health services e.g., GP appointments, vaccinations, dental care and others. -Reduce/manage their substance use. -Improve their mental health and deal with trauma. -Access food, showers and basic hygiene essentials. -Access learning, training and employability support to enable independent, stable and secure lives away from the streets.
