Girls and young women are the most vulnerable; facing poverty, abuse, and discrimination, with limited access to shelter, education, healthcare, or life skills. Many are married early or forced into labour. This project supports access to safe shelter, education, healthcare, and vocational skills training to address their physical and psychosocial needs and build self-reliance, helping them realise their full potential.
The project empowers vulnerable young women by enabling access to higher education and vocational skills training in a safe environment, fostering economic self-reliance and resilience. It builds communication and social skills to boost self-esteem & enable them to advocate for their rights. With 25+ years experience, HOPE supports street-connected girls/women by improving access to shelter, nutrition, education, healthcare, and skills, helping 30 young vulnerable women overcome vulnerabilities
