Unemployment among young people is a major global crisis. 1.2 billion young people are set to enter the labour market in the next decade, yet 67% will not find a decent and sustainable job if nothing changes. We have the largest global youth population in history who are ready and able to generate jobs, and transition to green jobs, if given the training, opportunity and support. We need to act now so they can skill up young people to adapt, create sustainable jobs and build their own futures.

Restless Development enables young people to lead. Youth Sparks will ensure that young people support, train and mentor other young leaders to run their own local businesses. Our young leaders go onto shape their communities and become catalysts for change. Our programmes foster self-reliance and enable young people to tackle the challenges they face, creating a ripple effect of positive impact in their communities.
