We deliver arts workshops in the community and in collaboration with cultural organisations for people living with dementia. We welcome participants and their companions to these exciting workshops. Examples of art forms include dance, visual arts, textiles, printing and animation and so much else.

Around a million people in the UK are currently living with dementia, with the majority living in their own homes. A diagnosis of dementia can be followed by social withdrawal, a decline in well-being, and a loss of self-confidence. People can, however, live with dementia for many years, and those years should feel meaningful. Engaging in stimulating, enjoyable activity and on-going learning, with a community of peers, in a safe environment can improve quality of life.

We address the challenges of early-stage dementia by providing creative, inclusive, and stimulating workshops that enable people with dementia and their carers to connect, participate, and flourish. We want to expand our high-quality workshop programmes into more areas of London. We have an established model for delivering impactful sessions and strong networks to engage new participants, artists, and volunteers. We also train and support more artists, volunteers, and cultural workers.
