A multi-year music education project, led by the award-winning Tri-borough Music Hub, for pupils in state-funded schools from Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. Pupils work culminates in a joyous Royal Albert Hall concert with over 1,200 young musicians and chorus members.

Too many pupils in state schools, especially those with special needs or from low-income families, have little or no access to music education. In Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea & Westminster, boroughs often seen as affluent, deprivation pockets persist. These young people lack access to professional musical opportunities, feel excluded from spaces like concert halls, and rarely see themselves reflected in high-profile performances. This deepens inequality and limits music progression

We'll work with over 50 state schools on a high-impact, multi-year programme where pupils will learn to play instruments, write original songs, and share views on issues like identity and climate change to shape the libretto. They'll co-create lyrics and music with professional composers and perform at the Royal Albert Hall with 1,200 peers - boosting confidence, creativity and belonging, especially for disabled and disadvantaged pupils, while opening access to future musical opportunities.
