We work with organisations struggling to uphold human rights and deliver services in areas where conflict and violence are an everyday fact of life. Whether in an active war zone, area under military control or in internal civil war, such conditions take their toll on mental health and resilience.

We work with organisations that are supporting the human rights of people affected by collective violence. In recent years, these organisations have found themselves located in areas of violent conflict. This affects the mental health of the teams we work with, and prevents them from doing their vital work. We provide psycho-social support sessions carefully designed to support our partners while they work to find stability and build support networks around them.

We provide 1:1 support sessions, group psycho-social sessions and training if needed. We tailor our response to the specific needs and context within which our partners are working, to ensure we provide clincally robust but flexible and adaptable support, in the context of live military violence, rapidly changing situation and crisis. We help to build resilience by first recognising that the keys to resilience already exist. We build on what is already there, with our expert psychologists.
