Home is our sanctuary – the place we turn to for comfort during times of uncertainty. Often, for families with children who have life-limiting conditions, it’s where they want to be when receiving end-of-life care. Research shows that nationally 73% of these children die in hospital, whereas 77% of Rainbows children in 2023-24 chose to die at home or at our hospice. During the most unimaginable times, families should be able to receive specialist care where it feels right for them.

We deliver specialist nursing care in the comfort of the family home, supporting the whole family and helping parents build confidence in caring for their child. Together, we can help families spend their final days creating precious memories where they feel most at peace.
