We are raising money to support London’s women to secure employment and become financially independent. We provide business clothing and interview training services that equip each woman not only with professional attire, but also the confidence and skills needed to excel in their job interviews.

We are solving the problem of women who are unable to secure employment because of their particular situation and are therefore unable to achieve their potential or economic independence. The women we support come from diverse and challenging backgrounds. Many are survivors of violence and abuse, or trafficking, are care leavers, or have criminal records or are single parents living in poverty and are unable to improve their situation in life without our support.
We will solve the problem by providing support, professional attire & the development tools to help women thrive in work & in life. We dress them from the inside out, empowering them to achieve their potential. Our services ensure that every woman we support is ready to face her interview & get the job. To date, we have supported over 11,000 women helping them to gain employment, lift themselves out of poverty & achieve economic independence. 4/5 women are successful in gaining employment.
