Many of our service users have experienced physical; sexual and/or psychological abuse; and are often isolated from their family and friends due to the nature of the abuse they have experienced. We provide specialist support to clients helping them recover from the trauma they have experienced, this varies between each individual but includes support to improve self esteem, resilience and confidence.

We provide safe therapeutic environment's for people; from all over the UK; to recover from the trauma they have experienced; we provide safe accommodation for women, children and men who have fled domestic abuse; our community service provides tailored support to survivors. We have a holistic person centred approach that includes one-to-one support; trauma-informed group recovery programs and a range of group activities. The charity is embedded in the local community.
