Young people are facing growing challenges that impact their well-being, development and future prospects. Academic pressure, social media, economic uncertainty and global crises like climate change and conflict intensify emotional strain - resulting in unprecedented levels of anxiety and mental health issues amongst young people. COVID-19 exacerbated these issues by increasing isolation, disrupting routines, and reducing access to support networks, youth work and development opportunities.
Providing training, camps, youth led campaigns and project opportunities for young people to build confidence, developing leadership and communication skills. Through group events we will foster a sense of purpose, belonging and resilience, helping young people navigate challenges and make positive contributions to their communities. These experiences will also enhance employability and personal growth, offering vital support beyond formal education and promoting active, responsible citizenship.
